Castellari Isola del Giglio is the realization of a viticultural, enological project that aims to enhance a unique Tuscan land of ancient winemaking tradition. The story of this winery is originality, passion and, why not, poetry, all starting from Giglio, an island made of wind, Mediterranean scrub and granite.

Hence the development of the project: the production of a wine made from grapes from different plots, so as to give greater complexity and originality to the product. Thus Calzo della Vignia wine was born: 100% Ansonica, 100% Passion.
